Brent Ball is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and the managing partner for Ball Investment Group (BIG) – an affiliate of KW Commercial—formed in early 2010 – and has been an industry producer for more than two decades. Brent joined Keller Williams Commercial as a Commercial Director, ALC and CLC member for both KW Commercial Santa Monica and the Pacific Palisades offices. Brent specializes in advising clients on all aspects of tenant, landlord, investor and developer representation including retail/office/industrial and multifamily, development, strategic planning, leasing, purchase/sale, market/economic rents and concessions, contractual flexibilities, architectural/space planning issues, construction/tenant improvements and building systems issues. He provides the full range of real estate advisory services to tenants, investors, landlords and developers.
Throughout his career, Brent has completed several hundred lease/sale/development transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet. Prior, Brent was with Bollenbacher & Kelton, Inc., and responsible for leasing, acquisition, disposition and development services for the company, with a California Retail Shopping Center Portfolio, comprised of 16 properties, over 4.5 million square feet, and a portfolio value of over $1 Billion Dollars.

Gable was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and has a real working knowledge of the area from the seaside of Malibu to the Hollywood Hills. As a fourth generation Real Estate agent, she comes from a long line of investors and apartment building owners who showed her the ropes growing up in the world of real estate. She is also the step-daughter of the Senior Rabbi at the Reconstructionist synagogue in Pacific Palisades, being raised with the strong belief that “What you say, what you do, and who you are matters.”
Gable is proud to work with an amazing team of professionals who have worked together to successfully complete real estate transactions ranging from Luxury Home Sales to the leasing and sales of Commercial Retail, Office, Industrial and Apartment Complexes. Gable started her real estate career by assisting clients in buying and selling Multifamily property. Her team at KW Commercial sold over 100 Units in 2010. It is this knowledge of analyzing investment property that gives her a formidable advantage in the luxury residential market. Not only looking at a house as a home, but as an investment for ones’ future.
Gable is an avid dog lover whose passions extend to starting several non-profit organizations. For example, she worked with orphans and refugees in Bosnia and Kosovo after the war and helped 17 orphans (due to the Tsunami in Sri Lanka) attend international school. A portion of Gables real estate profits helps her continue projects like this that are dear to her heart.

Prior to joining the Ball Investment Group (BIG), Kien worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a banker specializing in retail service. Kien is also a General Contractor, who owns multi-family properties in Southern California. Kien is an active member of the Friends of Sunset Park where he has resided for the past 11 years. Kien earned his B.A. in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2001. Kien enjoys cooking, surfing, traveling and fine dining.

Lucas Yancey graduated from UC Berkeley in 2009. Since graduation he has been working in real estate management. He recently transitioned as a junior agent working for the Ball Investment Group, focusing on apartment acquisition and retail/office leasing and sales. Prior, he was employed with his family’s real estate company, Crown Capital. Crown Capital has been in apartment acquisition and management for 50 years. While at Crown Capital he learned underwriting and management skills. He also played varsity rugby at UC Berkeley and was a 4 time national champion.
